Onboard Experiences
Accommodations
After a day of meetings and team activities on and off the ship, your client’s attendees will retreat to the comfort of their well-appointed cruise ship stateroom or suite. Virtually all accommodations feature stunning ocean views from large windows or private balconies.
Ocean View Staterooms: Ship accommodations typically include hotel-style amenities such as luxurious bedding, two twin beds or queen-size bed, 24-hour room service (small lage-night service charge may apply), round-the-clock stateroom attendant, nightly turn-down service, interactive TV & Movies.
Cruise Ship Suites: For top performers or VIP guests, many cruise line suites feature extra perks such as access to exclusive venues, unique experiences, luxury amenities, and butler service.

Dining
All meals are included in a variety of dining venues during your cruise ship event, saving your client planning time and dramatically slashing their F&B budget. Guests order a la carte in beautiful venues, with options to satisfy any taste or dietary restriction. Choose from gourmet meals served in a formal dining room to casual al fresco dining on deck.

Entertainment
Cruise lines continue to raise the bar on shipboard entertainment, with a variety of complimentary options including award-winning Broadway shows, dazzling stage productions, live music venues, comedy clubs, cirque-style performances, even enthralling Aqua Theater dive & water shows.

Onboard Activities
Cruise venues are ideal for multi-generational groups. There is truly something for everyone on today’s cruise ships. Some examples include: multi-deck sports complexes, aqua parks & waterslides, state-of-the-art fitness centers and luxury spas, enrichment courses, culinary centers, watersports marinas, poolside activities and games.

Staying Connected
The cruise industry has made tremendous strides in keeping up with technology trends and high-tech demands. Groups can now enjoy high-speed, reliable WiFi service throughout their ship comparable to what they would expect on land – at reasonable rates.
Cruise lines are also introducing new smartphone apps and wearable devices to transform cruising into an easier, more personalized experience. Some high-tech innovations include: line-free check-in with facial recognition technology, location beacons in wearable devices allow food and drink delivery directly to guests, voice-activated “assistants” in staterooms, access to daily planner and ability to book shore excursions and specialty restaurants through an app.

Travel Experiences
Why visit just one destination when you can travel to several ports of call with the convenience of only having to unpack once? Each day is a new adventure as your “floating hotel” transports your group from one enticing port to another.
Cruise lines are offering more in-depth travel experiences during voyages with longer stays and some overnights in port. Onboard the ship, menus reflect the culinary traditions of places you visit, while a choice of authentic, behind-the-scenes excursions are offered ashore.
